If you are seeing a GP in relation to a new motor vehicle accident, please let the receptionist know so that a double appointment can be made. It would be helpful to bring along any information relating to the accident, including the details of the other driver involved, as this information is needed for filling out forms. It is up to you to notify Allianz and lodge their claim form.
MVA claims are not covered by Medicare. Any invoices for consults and medical reports will be sent to Allianz if your claim is successful. However, if your claim is not successful, any accounts will need to be paid by you at the time of consult. Once you have received a claim number from Allianz, please inform our reception staff.
